DJ Suv, born in Bristol, UK, is a pioneering drum and bass artist and founding member of the legendary Full Cycle crew alongside Roni Size, Krust, and DJ Die. He helped shape the iconic Bristol sound of the 1990s. Known for standout tracks like Output and Closer, Suv also contributed to New Forms by Roni Size & Reprazent, which won the 1997 Mercury Prize. Beyond Full Cycle, he has built a strong solo career, blending funk, jazz, and global influences. Renowned for his dynamic DJ sets, Suv continues to inspire new generations as a true drum and bass innovator.

The Sweet Black Angels, a Devon-based indie/rock band formed in ‘96 and this year celebrating an impressive 30 years of making music! Renowned for their unique fusion of classic rock and modern indie sounds, they have released multiple albums, captivating audiences with their engaging performances. Over the years, the band has supported major acts such as The Levellers and The Pogues. A local favourite, they perform at festivals throughout Devon and beyond, showcasing their remarkable cohesion and musical talent. The Sweet Black Angels continue to inspire with their melodic and heartfelt music, always welcomed by audiences wherever they play.
The Sidmouth Sea Fest Community Choir is a vibrant & inclusive ensemble that promotes community spirit and environmental awareness through sea-themed music. Led by Tess Bisson, the choir welcomes participants of all experience levels, fostering a fun and sociable atmosphere. They perform uplifting sea shanties and maritime songs. As a vital part of the festival’s identity, the choir often includes local primary school children in performances, enhancing the sense of community and celebrating a shared love of music and coastal heritage.

The Revival return to Sidmouth SeaFest for 2026, trading their usual wall of sound for a special, stripped-back acoustic set. Usually found tearing up stages as a high-octane five-piece indie rock band, Oscar and Fin will be performing as a duo to showcase a curated mix of original material and reimagined covers. Now in their second year, the band is rapidly ascending the local scene, fresh off high-profile support slots for The Kabins and 3 Days of Wonder to come.
The Flukes are an East Devon-based, all-female ukulele and close-harmony vocal band known for their lively, feel-good performances. Regulars at events such as Sidmouth Folk Festival and Beautiful Days, they bring a fun, upbeat energy to every stage. Highway 55 is a dynamic group composed of six young musicians from Kings School in Ottery. This ensemble blends genres such as Soul, Indie, Jazz, and Rock in both their original works and cover performances. Their artistic talents have emerged through participation in various music competitions and battle of the bands events, showcasing their skills and dedication to music. As local young talent, they exemplify the grassroots music movement, contributing to the vibrant local music scene and inspiring their peers.

Since 2011, they have shared their passion for maritime music at over 40 events across the South West. Sea shanties perfectly complement Sea Fest, creating camaraderie as they perform by the waves. With an energetic mix of shanties and land-based tunes, The Jurassix will whisk you away to the high seas. Come and sing along, and partake in this coastal celebration.

We’re excited to welcome back the East Devon Dance Academy to Sea Fest! Get ready for another amazing display of energy, elegance, and incredible dance skills. It’s always a joy to see the talent these dancers bring, and it’s such a great opportunity for our community to come together and support them. Representing dancers from all over East Devon, they’ve just wrapped up their big show at The Manor Pavilion Theatre, and now they’re geared up for the summer festival season. We are delighted to welcome back Street Heat to Sea Fest. Founded in 1991 as a voluntary community group, Street Heat has engaged over 300 individuals from diverse backgrounds. With approximately 40 active members, they bring a riot of vibrant energy to every performance. This year, they will continue their tradition of beginning in the market square and now embarking on a longer journey along the prom and up to Connaught Gardens! Join them at Sea Fest for this lively celebration!
