Food Traders Bookings

Please provide full details of all food and drink or clothing or other products you intend to sell. Including all non-alcoholic drinks (no plastic bottles please).
Please specify how each of these products are to be sold e.g. wrapped, boxed, bottled, opened.
Electrical safety(Required)
Any electrical appliance must have undergone PAT testing and have a current PAT test certificate. Will you be using an electrical appliance(s)?
Gas safety(Required)
Any gas appliance must have an LPG gas safety certificate issued within the last 12 months. Will you be using a gas appliance(s)?
Pitch fees(Required)
Pitch fees include Waste collection, though we would ask traders to be responsible for their own food waste. Please tick the boxes below as required.
Utilities required – maximum 5 kilowatts per stall(Required)
SCCH will email an invoice to you, confirmation of your pitch will be on receipt of payment.

Community Non-Retail Fee £20 (Local Groups/Charities)
Retail Fee – £40 (Selling local products – no single-use plastics please)

Stalls Bookings

Retail trading licence(Required)
Please tick the appropriate box to indicate whether you will need to be included in our retail trading licence application. Confirmation of your stall will be sent by email with an invoice. Stalls will be secured once payment is received.
